Sales Policy

All rabbits are sold on a first come, first served basis as we do not offer a waitlist. Our rabbitry is closed to the public for the safety of our rabbits.

We reserve the right to any pick of any litter before any rabbit is put up for sale. No rabbits are sold until they have been evaluated by our rabbitry and are at least 10-12 weeks of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.

We do not guarantee temperament, sex before 6 months of age, health after the rabbit leaves our care, weight, fertility, color, or show placing of any rabbit. Young rabbits are impossible to evaluate for show quality as they take time to develop. Please also understand that judging is subjective. Please know that we take great care in assessing our rabbits, but they are all truly individuals.

All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. All rabbits are treated with preventative medicines. They will be treated for Coccidiosis and Dewormed prior to leaving our rabbitry. All rabbits come with a lifetime of support, but we are not veterinarians. If buyer has any medical concerns, please contact a local exotic veterinarian.

We do not currently ship our rabbits via airline. It is solely up to the buyer to arrange transport if unable to pick the rabbit up in person. Transport is also at the buyer’s expense. We do not guarantee any rabbit transported by a third party. We meet transport in Castle Rock, CO. If arranging transport, rabbits must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe of payment being received. If transport falls through, please contact us immediately so that we may discuss options. If the rabbit is unable to be picked up through a transport, all monies will be forfeited.

Local pickup in person at agreed upon location is free. Rabbits must be picked up by the buyer on the arranged pickup date. If the buyer is unable to pickup the rabbit on the arranged pickup date, a $20 per week ($3 per day) boarding fee will apply. If the rabbit is not picked up by the second arranged pickup date, the rabbit will be placed back on our available page, and all monies will be forfeited. Please bring a carrier in order to transport the rabbit safely in a vehicle.

If buyer purchases a pet, a pedigree will not be received as pets do not have the potential to live up to the ARBA's Standard of Perfection and would not be bred within our program. Pet buyers will be emailed a birth certificate. Retirees will not come with a pedigree either. Approved breeders (ARBA, HLRSC, 4-H, FFA, etc. members) will receive a pedigree and must use the name given for both breeding and showing purposes. Buyer must be eighteen years old to purchase a rabbit. Youth breeders, please be sure to have an adult's consent before purchase.

All rabbits will come with an appropriate amount of transition feed.

We require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to hold any rabbit. Full payment is due before any rabbit leaves our care. No refunds will be given unless Aspire Creek Rabbitry cancels a sale for any reason. We accept cash and Venmo (friends and family) only. Our prices are nonnegotiable.

We understand that life happens so we will not place judgment on anyone who needs to rehome their rabbit. Should the buyer decide they can no longer care for their rabbit, buyer agrees to contact Aspire Creek Rabbitry as we have the first right of refusal. Under certain circumstances we will take a rabbit back into our care, however, due to our tight bio security and small size, we are sometimes unable to accept rabbits back. At no time is the buyer to give the rabbit to a shelter. Aspire Creek Rabbitry will help with proper placement. No refunds will be given unless Aspire Creek Rabbitry decides to take the rabbit back into our care at an agreed upon amount.
